The Official Athletic College Guides

College affordability is on the front burner in today's tough economy. The estimated total annual cost of attending a private college can exceed $50,000, and for out-of-state students, the price tag for a year at a public university can surpass $40,000.

While “sticker prices” are out of reach for most families you can now access effective tools and resources to help players and parents organize and implement a self-directed approach.

Mission Statement:

"To provide the perfect link between a student-athlete, a specialized sports program and a well rounded college education".

While our name is synonymous with sports, education is our objective. Each year we work with thousands of student-athletes and their families, interested in learning how to develop a personal action plan that is clear and concise. As an educational partner we are committed to educational excellence and want to ensure every player will have the opportunity to find the right fit.

We also believe that if a student-athlete is honest about their abilities within their chosen sport, they will find the right fit academically and athletically. This is an essential first step in targeting the best choice available, and may insure a successful tenure within a college or university program.

At The Sport Source®, our goal is to provide the educational tools and resources needed to help make the search for the best college or university an easier one. Our comprehensive user friendly format, is designed to make the transition from high school to college seamless, and provides families with the information needed to make smart choices. Simply put, we believe by empowering students and their families with knowledge, finding the right fit is made easy.

What our families are saying

“Wow what a great resource. It took me less than two minutes to precisely match my son to compatible collegiate programs and now he is preparing to play collegiate Baseball at a Division I program”.
J. Johnson – Parent

“…I came away with a different look on the recruiting process. I have already gone through and found colleges that fit me and my personality. The information I received at the presentation was something I think anyone who wants to play college soccer should know”.
L. McGee- Student

“…I doubt there is a more efficient program for becoming familiar with what prospective student athletes need to do in order to present themselves successfully to college coaches, and to be eligible for the type of school that will be the best fit for them”.
G. and R. Knight-Parents
